4th BATCH OF SHARE SCHOLARSHIPS IS NOW OPEN FOR APPLICATIONS

The European Union (EU) and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) are inviting undergraduate students in ASEAN of all disciplines to apply for the fourth batch of the SHARE scholarships to study at ASEAN or EU universities for one semester in the period December 2017 – August 2018.

Undergraduate students from participating Universities in ASEAN interested in studying one semester in another ASEAN country or in Europe are invited to apply for one of the 175 full scholarships available (125 for intra – ASEAN, and 50 for ASEAN – EU mobility).

The application period will open on 13 September 2017 and run until 10 November 2017. Detailed information on how to apply for the scholarship and the online application system are available at www.share-asean.eu.

International Office Undip will hold assessment for all applicants from Undip to select candidates who will get Letter of Endorsement. Applicants must submit their required documents no later than 31 October 2017* via email to share.ioundip@gmail.com with subject Outbound batch 4_Student Name

Required Documents:

1. Letter of Reference from Head of Department or Vice Dean 1, the letter of reference must contain student’s desired host university and major

2. Academic Transcript

3. Photograph (4×6) (jpg format)

4. TOEFL (min. 450)/IELTS (min. 6) (conditional)

5. Copy of Student ID

6. Copy of Passport (conditional)

Opportunity to Study Japanese Language and Culture through Sanuki Program 2017


Kagawa University offers the opportunity to study Japanese language and culture though the “SANUKI Program”. This program will be held during Japan Fall Semester 2017. SANUKI Program is a one semester program for students who wish to learn Japanese language and Japanese culture with a focus on Kagawa Prefecture (‘Sanuki’ is the old name for ‘Kagawa’).

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

International Office of Universitas Diponegoro is pleased to inform you the selection results of SHARE Scholarship Batch 3.

SHARE Committee has received 400 applications. After deducting ineligible ones and scoring using the SHARE priority criterias, The Project Management Board have decided to grant the SHARE Scholarship to 13 students from Diponegoro University for studying abroad and 10 students from ASEAN Universities to study in Diponegoro University for the upcoming semester. SHARE will notify the selected students for their confirmation and shall advise the students to communicate with their home university before responding to the offer. Upon receiving confirmation from the selected students, SHARE will disseminate the Scholarship Offer Letter to candidates who have accepted the offer. Please kindly wait an email from SHARE Committee, then you may confirm your acceptance for the offer by replying their email or following their instruction in the body of the upcoming email.

[Calling for Participants] 1st Walailak University Cultural Camp


On behalf of our President, it is my great pleasure to introduce you the 1st Walailak University Cutural Camp 2017 to be held between 25th June – 1st July 2017 at Walailak University, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province and Samui Island, Surathani Province, Southern Thailand. Our Camp’s official website can be viewed at http://iao.wu.ac.th/?page_id=817.

The Cultural Camp aims to promote a global students’ network among our over 80 international participants. Here, our participants will engage and enjoy with one another many exciting activities. They will exchange the cultures of their countries and share knowledge about their societies. They will also explore many historical attractions in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province and beautiful Koh Samui, which is one of the most famous islands in Thailand.

The theme of the Camp is “In Remembrance of H.M. the Late King Bhumibol Adulyadej” who is revered in Thailand and internationally recognized for his hard work and dedication for Thai people. The participants will have an opportunity to visit a number of Royal Initiatives during the program. 

We are looking for students, who are undergraduate students studying in the second year or above, or Master students, whose age are not over 28 years old, to join our Camp.

For selected students, we will cover their accommodation, food and beverage, transportation, and entrance fee during the program. Students will be responsible ONLY for their round trip airfare tickets (to Nakhon Si Thammarat or Hat Yai airport) and insurance cost.
