Good news! International Office (IO) of Diponegoro University is pleased to announce all students in Diponegoro University that applications are now opened for One-Semester Exchange Program (Sanuki Program) for Spring 2019 at Kagawa University, Japan.
To apply this program, Diponegoro University’s students have to submit all documents in electronic format to our e-mail: io@live.undip.ac.id with subject Sanuki Program-Kagawa University_Student Name
The required documents:
- Certificate of current enrollment
- Application for certificate of eligibility (complete all sheets in the Ms. Excel file and include an ID photo) *download here
- Certificate of scholarship (for scholarship students only) or for self – financed students only need to submit these following (i-iv):
(i) Financial supporter’s certificate of employment
(ii) Financial supporter’s certificate of income verification or tax payment
(iii) Family register showing the relationship between the applicant and his/her financial supporter
(iv) Certificate of the bank deposit balance
- Academic transcript (in English)
- Nomination letter (must be issued by International Office)
- Application form for Exchange Student (fill out the form-B except item 1 & 2) *download here
- Letter of Guarantee (fill out all the details of form-C) *download here
- Essay on “Three things you plan to learn from joining Sanuki Program” — form-D *download here
- Curriculum Vitae (free format but please make sure to include following items: name, date of birth, current address, e-mail address, education history, work experience)
- Copy of passport (expiry date must be more than 6 months)
- ID photo (in JPEG format)
- Health certificate — *download here
Please note that all documents (in electronic format) must be submitted to International Office by November 19th 2018.

The students who are interested in enrolling in this program please follow these steps:
- Download or use attached Form1 and Form2-5 (both files are PDF)
*Use Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the files
*For those who wish to apply for URSEP 2019, URSEP only accepts new students in October (Fall semester), and the deadline for URSEP would be March 31st, 2019.
- Please fill out the forms
- Send us the typed PDF soft data of Form1 (NOT the scanned data), the scanned Form2-5 and the PDFs of other required documents to our e-mail: io@live.undip.ac.id (*The size of a From1 file will be from 600KB to 1700KB).

The International Office of Diponegoro University is glad to announce that Kangwon National University already opened their exchange program in Spring Semester 2019. Below is the requirement that shall be completed to apply for the exchange program :
- Application form( form provided)
- A copy of proof of enrollment
- A copy of the transcript
- A recommendation letter from the supervisor of the study field or OIA office
- A color copy of Passport
- A letter of self-introduction and study plan(form provided)
- Certificate of English proficiency test (holders only)
- Certificate of TOPIK test (holders only)
(No need to send the original but scanned copy only by email)

The students who wish to apply to this exchange program should understand that the exchange students will be exempted from the only tuition at Kangwon National University. It is great pleasure to introduce the 2nd Walailak University Cultural Camp 2018 (WUCC2018) in the theme of “In Honour of HRH Princess Chulabhorn Walailak: Cultures without Borders”. The camp will be held between 16th – 23rd June 2018 at Walailak University, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province and Bangkok, Thailand.
WUCC2018 aims to promote a global students’ network among 160 international participants (100 non-Thai citizens and 60 Thai students from Walailak University). Throughout the 8-day program, the camp participants will have opportunity to EXPLORE Nakhon Si Tammarat Province, the historical city on the eastern part of southern Thailand, and Bangkok, the capital city of Thailand, EXCHANGE cultures, ENGAGE in various activities among global youth, and ENJOY every moment together.
The camp participants must be university students or graduates in any degree program, not over 30 years old and able to communicate well in English. For the detail of WUCC2018 and the online application, please visit https://cia.wu.ac.th/?page_id=1028
Benefits for camp participants:
– Free accommodation
– Free meals
– Free transportation from/to airport and during the program
– Free one-way ticket from Nakhon Si Thammarat Province to Bangkok on 20th June 2018
The camp participants will only be responsible for:
– Round-trip international air-ticket to Thailand, Suvarnabhumi International Airport or Donmueang International Airport
– One-way air-ticket from Bangkok, Donmueang International Airport, to Nakhon Si Thammarat Airport on 16th June 2018
– Accident and health insurance
