Stay Creative Beyond Physical Boundaries.
This competition will be held on October 4th 2021 – January 1st 2022

Registration: Monday, October 4th – Monday, December 27th 2021
Assessment: Monday, January 3rd – Friday, January 14th 2022
Semi-Finalist Announcement: Monday, 17th January 2022

Winner Announcement: Monday, January 31st 2022
ACTIVITIES
Diponegoro International Office (DIO) is inviting all international students (NON-INDONESIAN) to give your most creative idea with the theme Creative Concept to Heal The World: Mitigation and Handling of Covid-19 Impacts. The categories and requirements of the activity are as follows:
Creative Poster (Undergraduate)
Topic: Win the fight against COVID-19 to heal the world
- Individual work
- An original poster that must be in accordance with the theme
- Never been submitted in any other competition
- The poster is a digital-based (not handmade)
- Poster format is PDF (Max 10 MB) with the size of A3 (29.7 ´ 42 cm)
- File name for submission: POSTER_NAME_UNIVERSITY_2NDCREADENATION
- Do not forget to put this following information in your poster
- Logo of Universitas Diponegoro (at the top of the poster)
- Logo of Diponegoro International Office (at the top of the poster)
- Logo of YOUR UNIVERSITY (at the top of the poster)
- Your picture, name, affiliation and contact info (at the bottom of the poster)
- Do not use any inappropriate content
- Assessment Criteria for Creative Poster
- The mindset or idea of the poster
- Communicative, informative, educative and concise
- Poster is easy to understand by the public and provide useful information
- Poster must show the originality and uniqueness of the idea regarding to the topic
- Composition of picture, color, words and layout of the objects
- The existence of “point in number 7”
Creative Idea based on Critical Review (Master and Doctoral)
Creative idea based on scientific review in Science and Social-Humaniora (TOPIC 1)
Topic: Scientific review with original suggestions to adapt and overcome the social, law, education, economic and political alteration that caused by COVID-19.
Creative idea based on applied science (TOPIC 2)
Topic: Scientific review with suggestions (concept, system and design) to overcome the alteration of agriculture systems (include food, fisheries, etc), health, environment, industry and communication due to COVID-19
Requirement:
- Maximum 3 authors for each article
- The article is an original work that must be in accordance with the theme
- Never been submitted in any other competition or published in any kind of publisher (journal, newspaper, etc.)
- The article must be written according to the guidance for author (GDA)
- Article must be submitted in PDF format (Max 10 MB) with the size of A4

Open Calls for Kanazawa University Exchange Programs (KUEP)
Kanazawa University as one of the national university in Japan has been opening Online Exchange Program (KUEP-Online) form autumn semester 2021 for those students from partner universities around the world. It is one of the programs conducted by Kanazawa University in order to give opportunity for students from universities around the world to take any advantages which is offered currently. If you are interested to apply this program, you must comprehend all of information as follow:
Overview
These programs are designed for students enrolled at institutions that have an exchange agreement with Kanagawa University who intend to online study at Kanagawa University for a period not less than six months to not more than one year. While remaining enrolled at their home institutions, such students may study in non-degree program at Kanagawa University for purposes of experiencing a foreign culture, learning practical Japanese language, taking credited classes, or even participating in independent research under the guidance of supervisor. Therefore we call for those students who interested to apply in these programs through selection processs by Diponegoro International Office (DIO).

Overview
- A student from a Sister University of Kangwon National University may attend one or two semesters at KNU and return to their school to receive credits.
- A student must obtain an official recommendation from their school to apply as an exchange student, and the tuition fees should be paid to their original school.

- Restricted Departments for Application: Department of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Medicine, Department of Nursing, College of Law
- Regular courses provided in English are subjects for undergraduate students. Graduate students can also apply for regular courses (provided in English) for undergraduate students, but only when the credits are accepted by their home schools.
