Sanuki Exchange Program at Kagawa University-Japan [Fall 2019] is Opened!

Semarang, io.undip.semarang : Good news! International Office (IO) of Diponegoro University is pleased to announce  all students in Diponegoro University that applications are now opened for One-Semester Exchange Program (Sanuki Program) for Fall ( 1st October to mid February) 2019 at Kagawa University, Japan.

To apply this program, Diponegoro University’s students have to submit all documents in electronic format to our e-mail: io@live.undip.ac.id with subject Sanuki Program-Kagawa University_Student Name

The required documents:

  • Certificate of current enrollment
  • Application for certificate of eligibility (complete all sheets in the Ms. Excel file and include an ID photo of the form-A) download
  • Certificate of scholarship (for scholarship students only) or for self – financed students only need to submit these following (i-i):

(i) Financial supporter’s certificate of employment

(ii) Financial supporter’s certificate of income verification or tax payment

(iii) Family register showing the relationship between the applicant and his/her financial supporter

(iv) Certificate of the bank deposit balance

  • Academic transcript (in English)
  • Nomination letter (must be issued by International Office)
  • Application form for Exchange Student (fill out the form-B except item 1 & 2) download
  • Letter of Guarantee (fill out all the details of form-C) download
  • Essay on “Three things you plan to learn from joining Sanuki Program”  — form-D download
  • Curriculum Vitae (free format but please make sure to include following items: name, date of birth, current address, e-mail address, education history, work experience)
  • Copy of passport (expiry date must be more than 6 months)
  • ID photo (in JPEG format)
  • Health certificate — download

Please note that all documents (in electronic format) must be submitted to International Office by April 30th 2019.

International Office (IO) of Diponegoro University is pleased to announce  all students in Diponegoro University that applications are now opened for Fall Semester Exchange Program 2019 at Kagoshima University.

To apply this program, Diponegoro University’s students have to submit all documents in electronic format to our e-mail: io@live.undip.ac.id with subject Kagoshima Program_Student Name

The required documents:

  • Application Form (Form A Japanese Version) (Form A English*A person who holds N1 or N2 in the Japanese Language Proficiency Test, please fill out Form A in Japanese.
  • Application Form (Form B)
  • Reference Form (Form C)
  • Official Transcript in English
  • Three Identical Photos (L40mm x W30mm)  *The photos must be taken within 3 months
  • Certificate of Japanese Language Proficiency Test, TOEFL, IELTS, etc. to prove student’s language ability
  • Certificate of Student Registration/Enrollment
  • Photocopy of Passport
  • Health Certificate in English  (Form D)

Please note that all documents (in electronic format) must be submitted to International Office by April 19 2019

Call For 2019 Darmasiswa Application

The DARMASISWA program was started in 1974 as part of ASEAN (Association of South East Asian Nations) initiative, admitting only students from ASEAN. However, in 1976 this program was extended to include students from other countries such as Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hungary, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, and USA. In early 90’s, this program was extended further to include all countries which have diplomatic relationship with Indonesia. Until to date, the number of countries participating in this program is more than 80 countries.

The main purpose of the DARMASISWA program is to promote and increase the interest in the language and culture of Indonesia among the youth of other countries. It has also been designed to provide stronger cultural links and understanding among participating countries.

The interest of international students to participate in this program keep increasing year by year. In 2011, we offer to 750 students who would like to participate in this program as can be seen in the following table:

Participants can choose one of selected universities located in different cities in Indonesia. University of Geneva in Switzerland is pleased to give scholarship opportunity for Master of Advanced Studies on European and International Governance (MEIG Programme) academic year 2019 – 2020. They offer 5 scholarships for MEIG participants from ODA-recipient countries according to the list established by OECD/DAC.

The Master of Advanced Studies on European and International Governance is a very innovative program that combines academic studies and practical training, followed by an internship in an international organization or an in-depth study on a theme related to governance. This 9-month program is aimed particularly at young professionals who already have practical experience and wish to perfect their knowledge of European and international governance.

Do you want to earn credits and discover Europe in Summer Program 2019?

Université Catholique de Lille is France’s largest private, not-for-profit university.
