Indonesia – Austria Scholarship Program: Call For Application

io.undip.ac.id – Dalam rangka meningkatkan kualifikasi Dosen Tetap di lingkungan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemendikbud) dan memperkuat kerjasama antara Indonesia dengan Austria, Ditjen Dikti bekerjasama dengan the Austrian Agency for International Mobility and Cooperation in Education, Science and Research (OeAD) kembali membuka pendaftaran Indonesia – Austria Scholarship Programme (IASP) untuk alokasi tahun 2020. Program ini diperuntukkan bagi Dosen Tetap perguruan tinggi di lingkungan Kemendikbud untuk melanjutkan studi ke jenjang Doktor (S3) di Austria.

Syarat dan ketentuan peserta program tersebut yaitu:

  1. Dosen Tetap perguruan tinggi di lingkungan Kemendikbud dan memiliki NIDN;
  2. Memperoleh izin dari Pimpinan Perguruan Tinggi yang bersangkutan (bagi dosen PTN) dan/atau dari Kepala Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi (LLDIKTI) Wilayah masingmasing (bagi dosen PTS);
  3. Memiliki gelar S2 atau setara, dengan tahun kelulusan selambatnya tahun 2015;
  4. Tidak untuk menempuh gelar kedua dalam strata yang sama;
  5. Menguasai bahasa Inggris, dibuktikan dengan sertifikat nilai TOEFL minimal 550, IBT minimal 80 atau IELTS minimal 6.0 (atau sesuai dengan syarat yang berlaku di perguruan tinggi tujuan) yang masih berlaku;
  6. Memiliki sertifikat penguasaan Bahasa Jerman (apabila ada);
  7. Mempunyai usulan penelitian (research proposal) 2-4 halaman, yang telah didiskusikan dengan calon pembimbing/calon supervisor di universitas tujuan;
  8. Usia maksimal 35 tahun saat mendaftar;
  9. Memiliki Daftar Riwayat Hidup yang lengkap (dalam Bahasa Inggris);
  10. Memiliki 2 buah surat rekomendasi dari universitas asal (dalam Bahasa Inggris);
  11. Memilik paspor yang masih berlaku;
  12. Memiliki Letter of Acceptance (LoA) yang masih berlaku dan tidak bersyarat (unconditional) dari perguruan tinggi tujuan (asli) atau Letter of Admittance dari professor/calon supervisor di perguruan tinggi tujuan;
  13. Pelamar yang berstatus suami-istri dan memiliki bidang keilmuan yang sama tidak diperkenankan melamar pada perguruan tinggi yang sama dan/atau dibimbing oleh supervisor yang sama;
  14. Memiliki ijazah (asli) dan transkrip nilai pendidikan terakhir (dalam Bahasa Inggris) yang sudah dilegalisasi.

Pendaftaran dilakukan secara daring melalui http://beasiswadosen.kemdikbud.go.id dengan pilihan jenis beasiswa Indonesia-Austria Scholarship Programme (IASP) S3, selambatnya Senin, 15 Juni 2020. Hello Everyone,

 

We hope you all doing well and healthy wherever you are despite of the world situation right now

 

We are very delighted to see a lot of enthusiasm regarding our Diponegoro International Student Scholarship (DISS) project. However, we need to remind you that the scholarship offering only available for Student who already accepted and have Letter of Acceptance from Diponegoro University. Students need to apply for becoming Diponegoro University Student first, and only then DISS Scholarship will be offered. Regarding the admission, although we open registration for a whole year, students acceptance are refer to this timeline:

 

  • Undergraduate Admission                 :  1st March – 23rd May 2020
  • Undergraduate Enrolment                 :  15 August  2020
  • Post Graduate Admission                 :  6 April – 25th May 2020
  • Post Graduate Enrolment                 :  15th August (Odd), 15th February (Even)
  • DISS Admission : 23rd May-12nd June 2020
  • DISS Awardee Announcement : 26th June 2020

 

*note: due to covid-19 pandemic, all foreign students must attend all classes via online on their first semester.

 

At the moment, our admission team already finished the acceptance process for the 1st batch, the next step is your study program will contact you via email to give you information about your enrolment and DISS offering. Simply fill and sign the documents and submit it back to your study program before 10th June 2020 will complete the registration process.

 

As for prospective students, do not worry we still open registration until 23rd May for Undergraduate and 25th May for Post Graduate program, kindly send your application via ia.undip.ac.id  and follow all the procedure.  We looking forward to have you study here in our campuss, Diponegoro University, one of the best University in Indonesia !

io.undip.ac.id – Diponegoro International Office herewith announce that KNU student exchange program for fall enrollment is officially open

To apply for this, you have to prepare the requirements below:

Notes:
* Quota of exchange students for nomination is no more than five(5), including postponed students. We can consider the extension of quota if you request.
* Nomination/Application deadline is May 10, 2020.
* Prior notification would be needed if you are unable to meet the deadline. We can extend the deadline by request.

* Admission result will be announced in July 2020.

* Exchange Program for Fall 2020 Semester may be postponed or cancelled depending on how COVID-19 situation is going.

– A copy of proof of enrollment
– A copy of the transcript
– A recommendation letter from the professor or International Office in their home university
– A color copy of passport
– A letter of self-introduction and study plan (Form provided)
– Certificate of English proficiency test (ex. TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS) (holders only)
– Certificate of TOPIK test (ex. TOPIK) (holders only)
(No need to send the original documents but scanned copies by email)

Fees

Based on the University’s exchange agreements, exchange students will be exempted from tuition fee at Kangwon National University
