International Office of Diponegoro University in collaboration with Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) of Diponegoro University proudly presents Diponegoro International Youth Festival (DIYF) 2019 that will be held on Friday, October 25th 2019, on 3.00-9.00 PM at Lapangan Widya Puraya Undip. All of Diponegoro University students are pleased to join this event, to engage with international cultural atmosphere from various countries and mingle with new friends. There will be Food Festival, Performances, and Culture Festival from various countries of several participating universities in Java. FREE entrance fee!

Good news! International Office (IO) of Diponegoro University is pleased to announce to all students in Diponegoro University that applications are now opened for semester exchange program (Sanuki Program) for Spring 2020, April to August at Kagawa University, Japan.
Application Documents :
- Certificate of Current Enrollment
- Application for Certificate of Eligibility ( Form A , Complete all three (3) sheets in the Excel file and include an ID photo)
- Certificate of Scholarship ( For scholarship students only)
- For self-financed students only (i to iv)
i. Financial supporter’s certificate of employment
ii. Financial supporter’s certificate of income verification or tax payment
iii. Family register showing the relationship between the applicant and his/her financial supporter
iv. Certificate of the bank deposit balance
- Academic Transcript
- Nomination Letter
- Application form to enroll as Exchange Student (Form B)
- Letter of Guarantee (Form C)
- Essay on ‘Three things you plan to learn from joining Sanuki Program’ (Form D)
- Curriculum Vitae (Form E)
- Copy of Passport (Expiry date must be more than 6 months)

Come and experience the vibes of Indonesian Heritage
UNDIP as one of the most respected universities in Indonesia with its vision of “ becoming an excellent research university in 2020 or World Class University ” has worked hard to improve its world ranking, including upgrading websites, increasing the number of budgets for research, improving the quality of human resources (PhD), and opening international programs.
One of the leading activities of the Faculty of Humanities is the “Summer Course Program”. This program is designed to bring international students to know the culture and get involved in several events that have been designed. The program which is planned to last for 2 weeks will involve all departments in the Faculty of Humanities, Diponegoro University. A beautiful environment with cultural diversity is expected to provide added value to the success of this summer course program.

Semarang, io.undip.semarang: – On Wednesday, 2 October 2019 on 10.00 am, delegations from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST), Taiwan conducted a visitation with Universitas Diponegoro, taking place at Rector’s Office Widya Puraya Undip.
The delegations were:
1. Prof. Shien-Kuei Liaw, Vice Dean of College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (CEECS)
2. Prof. Chin-Ya Huang, Dept. of Electronic and Computer Engineering (ECE)
3. Prof. Ching-Hu Lu, Dept. of Electrical Engineering (EE)
4. Prof. Shan-Hsiang Shen, Dept. of Computer Science and Information Engineering (CSIE)
5. Mr. Jeffrey Gunawan, Master student, ECE department.
The delegations were welcomed by Dr. Ir. Ita Widowati, DEA, Head of International Office, Undip; together with Prof. Dr. Ambariyanto, M.S. as Vice Rector of Research and Innovation; Farikhin, S.Si., M.Si., Ph.D as Vice Dean of Academic, Faculty of Science and Mathematics; Dr. Wahyudi, S.T., M.T. as Head Department of Electrical Engineering; Dr. Retno Kusumaningrum, S.Si., M.Kom. as Head Department of Computer Science; and Dr. R. Rizal Isnanto, S.T., M.M., M.T. as Head Department of Computer System.
The agenda of the visitation was to strengthen and to expand collaborations between Diponegoro University and NTUST in the area of Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Telecommunication, and related.
