– Please fill out the Nomination Form (File 02) and send it via email to the International Program Coordinator at GNU
■ Students’ procedures (Application Period: April 1, Tue. – May 16, Fri.)
1. Prepare following documents (in PDF file)
a) Photo (3.5 x 4.5 cm)
b) Official Academic Transcript (issued by the home institution in English)
※ Graduate students must also submit the official transcript of their undergraduate academic records
c) Official Certificate of Enrollment (issued by the home institution)
d) Copy of Passport
e) Letter of Recommendation from Academic Advisor or Lecturer
f) Medical Checkup (Form attached as (File 03))
g) Permission for the Use of Personal Information (Form attached as (File 04))
* Only documents issued within 3 months are valid
