Call for Application

 

General Requirements for Universitas Diponegoro Students

1. Enrolled and active as Undip’s students
2. Having their sophomore (2nd year), at least
3. Having TOEFL IBT 46, TOEFL paper 450, IELTS 5.5 or JLPT (N4-N3)

Required Documents 

The students who are interested in this program and meet the general requirements are kindly invited to apply for this program by preparing these documentations. Read it carefully before you decide to apply. Incomplete, and inappropriate will not be proceeded.

Certificate of Current Enrollment

This document can be obtained from your faculty or school. The signer of this letter must be Dean/Vice Dean

Form of Certificate of Eligibility (FORM A)

Please fill the form (3 sheets) in Exel File, including Foto ID. This form is used to seek recommendation for Japanese Visa, at last

Certificate of Scholarship

If you are studying at Undip by scholarship, then you are required to state it. You can get this letter from your Faculty / School

For Non Scholarship Students

Please provide:
Financial supporter’s certificate of employment (e.g. SK PNS, Letter from HRD (private sector), or letter of statement (wirausaha/others), Financial supporter’s certificate of income verification or tax payment, Family register showing the relationship between the applicant and his/her financial supporter (Kartu Keluarga), Certificate of the bank deposit balance

Academic Transcript

Academic Transcript should be in English. It is issued by your respected Faculty/School. It also should indicate GPA/CGPA according to the scale that Undip uses. Table of conversion is provided (in excel file, same file as checklist on the sheet 2) to convert your GPA/CGPA if it is necessary

*Nomination Letter

The Nomination Letter is only issued by Vice Rector for Academic and Student Affairs. Diponegoro International Office (DIO) is taking care of it.

*Please ignore/exclude/skip this doc when you submit your application package because it will be made by DIO, only for shortlisted candidates

DIO will conduct an assessment to get shortlisted applicants.

Only shortlisted candidates will be sent to Kagawa University

Kagawa's Assessment

Kagawa may have an assessement by having virtual interview using Skype or other relevant platform. They will contact each students directly by email

Annoucement

The announcement will be notified to each student cced to DIO by email
