Semarang, io.undip.ac.id; Singapore Society for Microbiology and Biotechnology (SSMB) organise International Union Microbiological Societies Congresses 2017 in Singapore. Over the span of 5 days, it brings together three congresses; 15th International Congress of Bacteriology and Applied Microbiology, 15th International Congress of Mycology and Eukaryotic Microbiology and 17th International Congress of Virology.With more than 100 International and regional speakers, IUMS 2017 Singapore will highlight the future direction of Microbiology for the next decade and will provide excellent opportunities to foster scientific development. The Organisers invite scientists, researchers, clinicians, post-doctoral fellow, PhD students, post-graduate and professionals in microbiology fields to submit their abstract for Oral and/or Poster Presentation to the IUMS 2017 Singapore on those congresses. The organisers of IUMS2017 are pleased to extend travel grants to eligible candidates to encourage and provide greater opportunities for the microbiology community to participate at the congresses. Two weeks of summer program entitled “Islam the Hybrid Culture of Indonesia” will be conducted in Yogyakarta and Semarang, Indonesia by two universities: Diponegoro University and Islamic University of Indonesia starting from September 25 – October 8, 2016. During one week, participant will enjoy the course in Yogyakarta and for the rest of course will be conducted in Semarang. Please see further program in the following pictures.

We welcome you to follow this program for free and universities will cover the tuition fee and daily live during the program. However, only the universities that have an MOU to both universities are eligible to apply this summer program.
