Semarang, io.undip.ac.id – The Diponegoro International Office is pleased to announce the Fall Semester 2026 Student Exchange Programme at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC).
Established in 2004, UNNC became the first Sino-foreign university approved by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. The campus hosts approximately 9,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students, including around 800 international students from more than 70 countries and regions. All programmes are delivered entirely in English, maintaining the same teaching quality and academic standards as the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom.

Expected Fee
- Exchange students’ tuition fee will be waived.

- Accommodation, meals and daily expenses: must be paid by the students.
- The cost of living in Ningbo for a single international student is estimated to be 27,200 – 51,500 RMB per year including accommodation, meals, entertainment and other necessities.
- Insurance: All international students must be covered by ‘Comprehensive International Student Insurance of China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd (CPIC) for their whole study period. CPIC shall undertake the following insurance liabilities during the period of insurance: death insurance, accidental disability insurance, medical insurance for accidental injury, outpatient, emergency and hospitalization. - 5% of exchange students can be awarded places.
- The awardee will be awarded a one-off payment of 3,000 RMB per semester

Semarang, io.undip.ac.id – Through the Diponegoro International Office (DIO), Universitas Diponegoro continues to strengthen its international academic collaboration by promoting the 6-week Research Internship for International Undergraduate Students at DGIST. This program offers hands-on research experience under the supervision of DGIST professors, along with opportunities to experience academic and cultural life in Korea.
The program is coordinated internally by the Diponegoro International Office (DIO), while the selection process is conducted by each respective faculty before nomination to DGIST.
Program Period: June 29, 2026 – August 7, 2026 (6 weeks)
Program Coverage
- Internship in one laboratory within one of the 7 departments of DGIST Graduate School
- Supervision by a DGIST professor
- On-campus dormitory (shared room for 2 participants) – fully covered by DGIST
- Total financial support of approximately KRW 1,560,000 per participant, including:
- Scholarship: KRW 552,000
- Dormitory fee (including utilities): KRW 378,000 (fully covered)
- Daily allowance: KRW 630,000
- Daily allowance will be transferred to participants’ Korean bank accounts (participants are required to open a Korean bank account upon arrival)
Note: Participants are responsible for international/domestic transportation, visa (C-3-1 Short-term Visit), insurance, and other personal expenses.

- 3rd or 4th year undergraduate students (completed at least four semesters)
- Not currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program
- Minimum GPA equivalent to 3.0/4.0 (≥75%)
- Must remain enrolled at their home university with at least one semester remaining after the program

Semarang, io.undip.ac.id – As a partner of the Diponegoro International Office (DIO), Bangkok University is offering a Student Exchange Programme for students who wish to study there in the Fall Semester 2026. The programme is available for one semester from August 2026 to December 2026, or for one academic year from August 2026 to May 2027.

Bangkok University was established in 1962 as one of Thailand’s first and largest private universities. The university enrolls tens of thousands of students across its campuses in Bangkok and Rangsit, offering a creative and industry-focused education that emphasizes practical skills, innovation, and entrepreneurial thinking. Expected Fees
- Tuition : This exchange option is self-funded.
- Estimated living expenses (foof, transportation, entertainment) are approximately 15.000 – 25.000 Baht per month (IDR 8.000.000 – 15.000.000). Does not include accommodation and varies greatly according to individual students’ lifestyle.
- Insurance : Students are encouraged to obtain health insurance to cover their period of study. For the best cost-effective benefits, the University provides students with accident insurance with 24-hour coverage and a low-premium policy. The insurance covers injuries, disabilities and death.

Semarang, io.undip.ac.id –The University of the Ryukyus, established in 1950 on the ruins of Shuri Castle, is the largest national university in Okinawa. Through the Diponegoro International Office (DIO), Universitas Diponegoro continues to strengthen its international academic collaboration by promoting the Ryukyus International Student Exchange (RISE) Program to UNDIP students.
The RISE Program provides students with a deeper understanding of both Okinawan and Japanese culture and customs. It also offers participants the opportunity to return to Japan in the future to pursue graduate studies or conduct research.
The University of the Ryukyus delivers comprehensive education through seven (7) undergraduate faculties: Humanities and Social Sciences, Education, Science, Medicine, Engineering, Agriculture, and Global and Regional Studies.
For advanced research, the university hosts eight (8) graduate schools, including specialized programs in Health Sciences, Law, and a United Graduate School of Agricultural Sciences conducted in partnership with other regional universities.
Through DIO, students are encouraged to explore this opportunity as part of UNDIP’s commitment to expanding global engagement and academic mobility.
Accommodation
- Primary Options: Students are usually housed in the International House (dedicated to international residents) or the Senbaru Student Dormitory (shared with Japanese students).
- Monthly Rent: Prices vary by building and room type, ranging from 10,000 to 25,000 yen per month.
- Utilities & Fees: *Maintenance fees: Range from 3,000 to 9,400 yen depending on the building.
- Electricity: Generally paid separately based on individual monthly usage.
- Cleaning fee: A one-time fee (approx. 19,800 yen for the International House) is required upon moving in.
- Room Amenities: Most rooms are equipped with a bed, desk, chair, and air conditioning. Some types include private kitchens and showers, while others share these facilities.
- Room Assignment: Placement is based on availability; students cannot always choose their preferred room type. If university housing is unavailable or unsuitable, students may rent private apartments off-campus.
- Total Living Cost: The university estimates that students need approximately 80,000 yen per month to cover rent, utilities, food, and other personal expenses in Okinawa.
