Required documents :
(1) Application Form *Completed online
(2) Reference Form
(3) Official transcript in English *must be attached grading systems or scales
(4) Certificate of Student Registration/Enrollment in English
(5) Certificate of Language Proficiency *mandatory
(English) TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, CET etc.
(Japanese) JLPT, JPT, J.TEST etc.
(6) Copy of Passport
(7) ID Photo
■Exchange Duration
One semester ：2026 Spring semester （April 2026 – September 2026）
One year ：2026 Spring semester – 2026 Fall semester (April 2026 –

time(JST)）

■Notes:
*This program does not offer scholarships (including JASSO) for exchange
students. Please understand that the students have to their own living
expenses. They need at least 100,000yen/month for living in Kagoshima.
