Congratulations! If your application is successful, Universitas Diponegoro will issue your Letter of Acceptance (LoA). The LoA will be available in your admission account and sent to your registered email address.

Confirm your enrollment by emailing the International Office. If you wish to defer your admission, please notify us before the enrolment deadline.
Your Letter of Acceptance (LoA) is valid for two (2) admission periods. Please confirm your enrolment or request a deferral before the validity period expires.

Apply for your Indonesian Student Visa before your departure. The Diponegoro International Office will assist you throughout the visa application and stay permit process.

Familiarise yourself with life in Semarang before your arrival. Learn about the city’s climate, local cuisine, transportation, healthcare facilities, and cultural environment to help you adapt more easily. You may also need to arrange international health insurance prior to your departure.
The Diponegoro International Office provides an airport pick-up service for international students. If you wish to use this service, please make your reservation at least one week before your arrival.
