International students are required to fulfill the following requirements when submitting their application.
English language diploma.
Transcripts must be provided in English.
Certificate of TOEFL with a minimum score of 525.
Recommendation from previous professors or previous leaders.
A color passport photo with a size of 4 × 6 cm.
Applicants must be under 35 years old by the time of enrollment.
College starts on August 15 each year.

Each application will go through several stages before the final Letter of Acceptance is issued.
Prospective international students begin the enrollment process by filling out the registration form through the Universitas Diponegoro admission website.
Each application will be processed by the central student admission and then forwarded to the respective study program for the selection process.

The results of the selection will be convened in plenary by the study program, dean of the faculty, and the rector.
The prospective international students will be announced via the website by the International Office (IO) of Universitas Diponegoro.
After the announcement has been uploaded on the website, prospective students are required to pay the tuition fees through the bank references.
After completing the financial administration, Universitas Diponegoro through Public Administration and Finance (BAUK) will coordinate with the bank prior to the issuance of LoA references.
The final result of the registration process is the issuance of the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) by the Bureau of Academic Administration (BAA) Universitas Diponegoro.
The LoA will be used in the international student immigration process.
