This program offers an exceptional opportunity for international students to experience South Korean culture and education at one of the country’s leading universities.

Program Highlights:
Academic Calendar:
- Spring Semester: Early March – Mid-June
- Summer Break: Late June – Late August
- Fall Semester: Early September – Late December
- Winter Break: Late December – Late February
Eligibility Requirements:
- Ability to understand classes in Korean or English
- Completion of at least two semesters at the home university
- GPA of 2.7 or higher on a 4.0 scale (or 3.0 on a 4.5 scale)
Nomination and Application Deadlines:
- Spring Semester Nomination Deadline: October 20
- Fall Semester Nomination Deadline: April 20
- Spring Semester Application Deadline: November 10
- Fall Semester Application Deadline: May 10
Nomination Process:
Partner institutions can nominate students using our straightforward Excel form, available on our website. Following nomination, students will submit their online applications by the deadlines specified.
Transcript Information:
KNU will provide English transcripts to each student’s home university automatically at the end of each semester.
