Universitas Diponegoro, in collaboration with Vytautas Magnus University (VMU), Lithuania, invites eligible Undip students to participate in the Erasmus+ Exchange Studies Program for the Spring Semester of the 2026/2027 Academic Year.

Eligibility & Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria and prepare all supporting documents:
- Active Student Status:
Applicants must be active Universitas Diponegoro students who have completed at least their third semester. Must provide:- Valid Student ID Card (KTM)
- Current Academic Registration (KRS)
- Minimum GPA:
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00, demonstrated by an official academic transcript. - Recommendation Letter:
Recommendation letter issued by the Dean or Vice Dean of the applicant’s faculty. - English Language Proficiency:
Proof of English proficiency with a minimum score of TOEFL 500 or IELTS 6.0. - Study Plan:
Prepare a study plan (maximum 300 words, submitted in PDF format) outlining:- Academic objectives
- Personal objectives
- Motivation for participating in the exchange program
- Passport & Medical Fitness:
Applicants must be medically fit to travel and possess a valid passport. Students must complete internal registration first; a copy of the passport identity page may subsequently be requested.
Program Fees & Funding
Funding: Erasmus+ Zero-Grant
This opportunity is offered under the Erasmus+ “zero-grant” scheme. Students will not receive an Erasmus+ scholarship/grant, but tuition fees at VMU will be waived. Students must independently cover their travel, living, accommodation, visa, insurance, and other expenses during their exchange period.
- Tuition Fee: Waived (100% free tuition at VMU)
- Estimated Living Costs: Approximately EUR 500–700 / month

Application Process
Erasmus+ Exchange at VMU uses a two-stage selection:

Undip Internal Selection:
Apply and submit documents via: Undip Student Mobility Registration Form
Candidates who pass the internal selection will receive an application link and a unique Nomination ID from the Diponegoro International Office to proceed with the application to VMU.

VMU Stage:
Final admission selection is made by Vytautas Magnus University from all nominated applicants. Please note: Nomination by IO Undip does not automatically guarantee admission to VMU.
